What is Breathwork?

For generations, people experienced the healing power of Breathwork around the world. Breath has been used as a healing tool since ancient times. The Latin words for breath and spirit are the same.

In Breathwork we use conscious manipulation or controlling of breathing patterns to achieve certain desired results. The amounts of O2 and CO2 we take in, expel, or maintain in our blood levels have a direct effect on our physical bodies and well-being. 


What’s Biodynamic Breathwork? 

It is a therapeutic approach that uses breath as the main tool, in combination with supporting elements such as movement, touch, sound, conscious emotional expression, and meditation to support trauma release and healing on the somatic level. BioDynamic Breathwork heals trauma ( from light to more serious) by releasing the core tensions. This approach empowers your body’s natural process for healing from start to finish, releasing chronic tension, and restructuring your systems on a cellular level.
